We are excited to welcome you to the HRM Fall Job Fair on October 6th, 2026!
Please share this information with all staff attending the Job Fair.
Your Booth Package
All booths are 10' wide x 8' deep with 3' side walls, 8' back wall, pipe and drape. A skirted table and 2 chairs are included.
Power
Each booth will have access to power. Employers are responsible for bringing their own extension cords to reach the nearest power drop, which may or may not be located in your booth.
Cancellations/No Shows
Significant funds and resources from Nova Scotia Works make it possible to offer you a booth at no cost. If you are no longer actively hiring, or are not able to staff your booth, please advise us before October 1st.

Parking
Free parking is available onsite, subject to availability.
Solicitation
Employers, their representatives, or any other participants, are not permitted to, directly or indirectly, market, offer, sell or otherwise furnish any products or services to Job Fair attendees. Solicitors of any kind will be asked to leave the job fair.
Top Tip
The Nova Scotia Works job fairs are very busy and breaks are not provided. A private rest area is open to your booth representatives all day. If you require assistance at your booth, please see an event staff member. We are always happy to assist you.
Set-Up and Tear Out
- October 6th: Set up begins at 9 am and ends at 10:30 am.
- The floor opens at 11 am.
- Tear out begins at 4 pm and ends at 5 pm.
- The booth must be staffed at all times.
- Early departure is not permitted. We admit job seekers up until 4 pm.
Job Openings Promotion
- A key part of the job seeker’s preparation is scanning your list of active openings and creating a networking plan.
- Your company’s open job postings are to be submitted at the time of registration and may be amended anytime.
- We publish the job titles only on the website.
Other Features
- All booths are complimentary to qualified employers.
- The venue is fully accessible, with elevator access to the arena floor.
- Nova Scotia Works staff are onsite to assist you.
- We provide a complimentary light lunch for up to 2 booth representatives. All of your booth reps have all-day access to coffee, tea and water in a private rest area.
- Breaks are not provided. You may have more than 2 reps in your booth to assist with the flow of job seekers.
- Your booth must be staffed from 11 am to 4 pm. No early departures are permitted.
- Private interview spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at several locations on the floor. Refer to the floor plan to find the nearest interview booth.
- Job seekers will have access to free printing services to print or copy their resume at the job fair.
- ASL and French Interpreters will be onsite.
- There is an onsite cafe on the main level.
